  • HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
    You are about to become part of the INTEMPORELLE HOME community. Welcome! To finalize your membership, 1- Go to the My Account section - available at the top right of your INTEMPORELLE HOME website - 2- Click on Create an account. All you have to do is fill in all the mandatory information, click on "I have read the general conditions" and finalize the creation of your account by clicking on the "Create an account" button. Congratulations, your account is created!
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app's Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • HOW TO CREATE A WISHLIST?
    Nothing could be simpler! Just click on the heart next to your favorite product. The selected product will automatically be added to your Wishlist. To consult it, you must have created an account and log in to your account.
  • HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
    We are sorry that your purchase did not meet your expectations. If you wish to return your order to us, please return it undamaged, in its original condition, in its packaging, with its accessories and instructions. It must not have been used.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
    Your order number is available on your account, orders section. You can also find the order number in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
  • DO I NEED TO REGISTER ON OHSI TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    No, you can still place orders without registering by clicking the "Checkout as Guest" button. By registering on the Maria Galland store, you can access your address list, view your past orders and order quickly and securely without having to enter your personal data again.
  • HOW CAN I USE MY PROMO CODE?
    You have a valid promo code: To use it, simply enter it in the code section of your basket and click OK. The promotional code will automatically be deducted from the total price of your order. You can delete it by clicking on the cross dedicated to the promo code section in your basket.
  • CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE?
    Your promo code allows you to benefit from a special reduction. Unfortunately, you cannot combine two or more promotional codes on the same order. Stay informed of all the advantages you can benefit from by subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of each page of the site.
  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
    The payment has been authorized by your card. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after being charged the amount of your order. If the payment has not been authorized by your card, you will not be charged.
  • WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT HAS FAILED?

  • HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
    If you have changed your mind after ordering an OHSI product, if you would like a refund, please follow our return policy. After receipt of your products in new, unopened condition, you will be credited with the amount of your order without delivery costs. You will return your product intact, in its original condition, in its packaging, with its accessories and instructions. It must not have been used.

    Placing an order on the OHSI online store is 100% secure. We partner with one of the best systems, PAYZEN, to provide you with a private and secure payment method.
  • WHAT TYPE OF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE?
    Our delivery partner is COLISSIMO and will safely transport your order to your delivery address.
  • I PLACED AN ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE IT?
    The delivery process takes between 2 and 5 working days for dispatch.
  • HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
    Your delivery address can be modified either in your account, in your address book, or during the process of ordering your products, before the payment page
